Initial Consultation
Exquisite Affairs provides you with professional services needed to fit your personal needs. We’ll discuss your ideas, budget requirements and expectations of your wedding to come. We’ll work as a team to implement your ideas so that your wedding day becomes exactly what you envision. A primary concern in planning a wedding is a budget. We’ll help you establish and maintain a budget that will fit your specific needs. After you’ve made your basic decisions, a list of recommended vendors is chosen for you. If needed, appointments can be arranged for you. We’ll save you precious time and money while taking the stress out of planning the wedding. Expert advice is given on all aspects of the wedding, including an activity time line, customized itinerary and a personal checklist, which will eliminate the risk of forgetting important details and ordering dates. We’ll also help monitor the deadlines for you. The good thing about having an expert is whenever you have a question, concern or a suggestion we’re here to help you from beginning to end.
Wedding Day Directing
Wedding day coordination is another area where the assistance of a consultant is indispensable. This is where you put all your planning and ideas into motion. We’ll coordinate as much or as little as, you desire always leaving you free to do as much or as little of the planning, as you want--but without the hassles! This service includes managing the day of the rehearsal, the wedding and through the close of the reception. From the last minute details to the littlest mishaps, we’re here to maintain a smooth flow of festivities, so you are able to relax and enjoy your beautiful day with family and friends.
Full Service Coordination
This service includes complete coordination from the engagement to the honeymoon. We’ll work together every step of the way in planning the most important day of your life and making sure every detail is carried out. This includes unlimited consultations & wedding-day directing.
